I woke up one morning and my game was reset as a new download for beginners. For the life of me, I can't remember my player ID. I do remember my island name I think.

I have started over about 4 times now, I don't want to do it again. I have sent about 4 emails about this but have heard nothing back.

Is there any way I can get my account back?
