I started playing the game on my iPhone, but I recently switched to android. Is there any way I can restore my saved game from the iPhone? I've tried logging into Facebook, but it just overwrites the last save. Can anything be done?

You should have the old and new devices. tap settings on the old phone > link a device > this is the old device > choose if you want to link the game to IOS or android (Another Device). do the same on the new phone and input the code.
